Marilla is a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and member of the Australian Feldenkrais Guild (AFG 744). She graduated from MelbourneIII Professional Training Program (Australian Feldenkrais Institute) where Alan Questel was the Educational Director.
Marilla is now teaching Feldenkrais at the Victorian College of the Arts and Music (University of Melbourne).
Marilla has a Provider Number for Feldenkrais Method with Medibank Private, and with BUPA Australia Group, including MBF, NRMA Insurance, SGIO, SGIC, HBA and Mutual Community.

What is the Feldenkrais Method?
The Feldenkrais Method is a learning method based in movement.
It breaks down the patterns and habits we form over a lifetime, exploring them in a gentle and non-judgemental way, and rebuilds the patterns so we can move more easily and efficiently.
Functional Integration (FI) lessons are individual lessons tailored to the client's needs in hands-on lessons.
Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes are voice-led group classes.
Feldenkrais can be useful for everyone: those recovering from stroke and injury, people with arthritis, cerebral palsy, chronic pain, children with developmental issues, as well as for elite level performers, athletes, dancers, singers, actors, and more.
