What is the Feldenkrais Method?
The Feldenkrais Method is a learning method based in movement.
breaks down the patterns and habits we form over a lifetime, exploring
them in a gentle and non-judgemental way, and rebuilds the patterns so
we can move more easily and efficiently.
Functional Integration (FI) lessons are individual lessons tailored to the client's needs in hands-on lessons.
Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes are voice-led group classes.
